• Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in.

• 100% charge for cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival.

• Booking available via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, e-mail o Booking.com.

•  Payment accepted by bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash.

• Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.

• Children from 3 to 12 years old stay at 50% of the adult rate per night, per child.

• All guests are required to present a valid ID/Passport upon arrival.

• Check-in from 03:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM.

• Self check-in and self check-out available.

• The property does not have a physical reception. Therefore, arrival and departure times must be communicated in advance.

• Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

• Free parking available outside property for the duration of the overnight stay only.

• Airport shuttle to and from Milan-Bergamo Airport available for an additional fee.
